The LLC85M monochrome Low Light Level Surveillance Camera sets a new standard in starlight imaging.
The camera is based on a very fast F1.2 lens combined with the latest generation solid-state cooled detector,
which overcomes the life expectancy problems of image intensifiers and is capable of operating with very bright
light sources in the scene. The camera operates in illumination levels from sunlight to starlight and is ideally suited
to 24-hour imaging applications.
The camera meets the stringent environmental and EMC requirements of most
military applications
The LLC85M has full remote control capability and can be readily interfaced into larger systems. The camera can be
used standalone, or as a support camera for long-range visual, optical and thermal imaging systems.
The major advantage of the camera is its capability to operate in low light level conditions, which may have bright
point sources. This provides a significant tactical advantage compared with typical intensified cameras.
